Well, that’s where our Honkai Star Rail tier list comes in. It’s worth noting that the game is still only in closed beta, and we haven’t had the chance to try out all of the available characters just yet. So, this list is based on the stats shown in the warp menu for each character at level 80 with all eidolons, and our thoughts on the time we’ve spent with a few of the Honkai Star Rail characters so far.
